Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root), Catuaba bark extract, Barberry extract (Berberis vulgaris), Cnidium monnieri extract, Herba Cistanche extract (Cistanches deserticola), Cynomorium songaricum known in China as Suo Yang, Horny Goat Weed extract (Epimedium grandiflorum), Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii), Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides), Passion Flower extract (Passiflora incarnata), Tongkat Ali extract LJ100 (Eurycoma Longifolia jack), Tribulus Terrestris extract and Yohimbe bark extract.

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and water. Vegetarians may consider opening the gelatin capsule and only using the contents. The capsule can be easily opened by pulling on each end.

There is no standard dosage regimen that works for everyone, so it may be a matter of trial and error until you find the right dose and way for you. We do not suggest taking two capsules the same day.

Take a Passion Rx with yohimbe capsule at least 30 minutes to an hour or longer before breakfast (as soon as you get up in the morning). Be well hydrated by drinking cold water during the day. Drinking cold water will keep your body temperature down since many sexual herbs increase body temperature when used in high dosages.

Take Passion Rx Yohimbe in the morning every other day. If you don't notice a strong effect from one capsule every other day after a week, you may consider taking one capsule 2 days on, one day off. The slow approach is a good option for those who are sensitive to herbs or are over the age of 55. The slow approach is also appropriate for women.

Take one capsule in the morning two days on, one day off.

Take one capsule in the morning 3 days on, one or more days off. The faster approach is appropriate for young, healthy individuals. If you are not sensitive to herbs and have a high threshold and need a higher dosage, you may take one and a quarter capsule or one and a half capsules if your doctor approves and you have no health problems.

For long term use, take one to three days a week. Another option is to just use it for 2 days in a row and then take several days off. It also depends on how sexually aroused you wish to be. With time you will find out the best way that this product will work for you.

Or, they can be taken two days in a row and 2 or more days off.

Fish oil supplements or eating cold water fish such as salmon or halibut also help maintain sexual health. You can add one to three fish oils capsules a day.

Passion Rx has been used successfully by those with stable diabetes, mild hypertension, and on hormone therapy as long as your doctor approves and the dosage is kept to 1/2, 2/3 or 3/4 of a capsule. We do not recommend a full dose of Passion Rx to those with a heart condition, on strong medicines, including psychiatric and neurological medicines, serious prostate problems, or with a serious medical condtition unless you have full approval by your doctor and you keep the dosage to half a capsule. Do not take Passion Rx the same day with Prozac or other antidepressants. Unexpected reactions can sometimes occur when pharmaceutical medicines and supplements are combined. Drinking an extra glass or two of cold water a day is suggested.

Note: There is a higher rate of heart disease in men with erectile dysfunction. All men, particularly older men, with erectile dysfunction or erection problems (unless it is clearly determined that it is due to psychological reasons) need a medical evaluation, detailed cardiac assessment, blood pressure measurement, lipid profile and blood sugar test, as well as lifestyle advice regarding weight, diet, and exercise. Be cautious using sex herbs or any sexual product (natural or prescription) if you have thyroid or other endocrine issues, a heart condition, a tendency for unstable high blood pressure or heart rhythm abnormalities. Many of these sexual herbal pills can stimulate heart contraction and if you are prone to heart problems you may have rapid heart beat or untoward reactions.

The most common side effect on a full capsule is mild underarm sweating, slightly increased body temperature, and on higher doses rapid heart beat, mild sweating, and shallow sleep. You can keep the body temperature lower by drinking cold or ice water. A positive side effect is more energy, more motivation, better mood, and the urge to be more active.
